Raffle Ticket Pickup

Hi Parents, 


The 2018 Raffle tickets have arrived and are ready for pickup. We are planning to start distributing the tickets on March 22nd at the Coaches meeting. Parents are asked to come between 5:15 - 6:00 pm to pick up raffle tickets. We will have a table outside the main Gathering Hall for pickup. If you haven't paid for them yet, you will not be able to pick up your raffle tickets. Please go online and pay for registration and raffle tickets.

We will have an additional pickup time for the raffle tickets, however, I will have to keep you posted as to when. We are working on the details now, tentatively planning on April 7th at Town Hall Fields. I will need to confirm that date, prior to sending out a follow-up email.

Coaches Meeting

Hi Parents, 


Good morning and thank you for registering for the 2018 Baseball & Softball season. We are pleased you have decided to join us in 2018. We have made some fantastic improvements over the offseason, and we are hoping you will like them all. 


We will be hosting our annual Coaches meeting on March 22nd at Jackson Area Community Center at 6:00 pm. We will provide all of the coaches and assistant coaches with details regarding the entire season. We will cover the following items.

2018 Season update

Hi Parents & Friends of JAYBA, 

As you might have heard, discounted registration is now closed. Full registration will close on March 10th. Please tell your friends and neighbors about JAYBA, we would love to have them in our league.

As a reminder, please remember to log on and pay for registration. If you have not paid, we cannot put your child on a team. We will be sending out an official reminder after registration closes March 10th. If you are having trouble with the system, please let us know we are happy to help. If you are having trouble with the registration dues, let us know that as well; we can certainly figure something out so that your son or daughter can still play baseball/softball in 2018.

Also, if you have signed up as Coach or Assistant Coach, we will have a very important meeting on Thursday, March 22nd at the Jackson Community Center. The meeting will begin at 6 pm, and we will cover all the essential details for the season. If you’ve signed up to volunteer at our concession stand, please register for a shift, the requirement is 6 hours or 2 nights in the concession stand.
